CARE is seeking an exceptional and visionary Country Director to lead its operations in Burundi. Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 6–8 years of senior leadership experience in the international development or humanitarian sector, with accountability for strategy, operations, people, and financial performance.
2. Proven experience leading organizational strategy, complex operations, and high-performing teams in multicultural and dynamic environments.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire diverse teams to deliver results.
