The role contributes to business growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and high-quality service delivery within Turame Community Finance S.A.\r\n\r\n<strong>FULL JOB SUMMARY<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe Business Support Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple support functions, including Mobile Money, Marketing, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E), Project Management, and other operational support services. This role ensures that these departments effectively contribute to business growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and high-quality service delivery within the institution.\r\n\r\n<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>\r\n\r\nPromote and fulfill the mission, method, and motivation of\u00a0 Turame Community Finance.\r\n\r\n<strong>Spiritual Integration and Christian Witness<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Personally model Christian behavior to the staff in leadership style, resolution of issues, selection and development of staff, context-appropriate Christian witness with staff, and in setting and leading the spiritual agenda of the organization.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate the creation and implementation of the Spiritual Integration Plan for the benefit of clients, staff, and other entities that the organization works with<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Business Strategy &amp; Performance Management<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Support the development and execution of institutional strategy and business plans.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Drive portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and revenue diversification through digital and non-digital channels.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor overall performance across departments under this role using KPIs and dashboards.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Mobile Money &amp; Digital Financial Services<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Lead the development and growth of mobile money and digital financial services (DFS).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Oversee partnerships with telecom operators, fintechs, and payment service providers.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure integration of mobile channels with core microfinance operations (loan disbursement, repayments, savings).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Work on the integration and monitoring of the Central Bank National Switch and Instant Payment System.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor transaction volumes, revenues, and system performance.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure compliance with digital finance regulations and security standards<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E)<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Design and manage L, M&amp;E frameworks for institutional performance and projects.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop indicators, data collection tools, and reporting systems.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Track operational, financial, and social performance indicators.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, donors, and stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use data insights to improve decision-making and impact measurement<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Project Management<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop project proposals, work plans, and progress reports.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure compliance with project sponsors\u2019 requirements and standards<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Marketing <\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support market growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive intelligence.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Operations Support Services<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Oversee operational support functions to ensure efficiency across branches.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Improve internal processes, systems, and workflows.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support the Business development team to manage projects with different Turame partners.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure service quality standards are maintained.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Promote operational excellence and cost efficiency.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Risk, Compliance &amp; Governance<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Ensure all functions under the Business Support department to comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify operational, financial, and digital risks and implement mitigation measures.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support audits and regulatory reporting.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strengthening internal controls across support functions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Team Leadership &amp;
