Context:

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, and with the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer, in close coordination with the HR team, the incumbent will perform clerical HR/Administrative tasks in support of Human Resources daily operations.

Core Functions / Responsibilities: Scope:

  1. Support to    complete    all    HR    personnel    files    as    per    the    organization’s rules/regulations.
  2. Assist to perform scan and photocopy services as requested;
  3. Maintain Travel Request (TR) log sheet and file (soft copy and hard copy).
  4. Ensure that only authorized persons can access the personnel files;
  5. Assist to prepare RFP for Non-staff
  6. Perform such other duties as may be

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education

  • Enrolled in the final academic  year of a first university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or
  • Enrolled in a graduate school Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited academic institution (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
  • Candidate must be between 20 and 36 years of

Experience

  • Skills in operating personal computer, on-line computer terminal, printers, scanner, photocopier and other office equipment necessary;
  • Good computer skills on Microsoft
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Languages

  • Fluency in Kirundi, French and English (Oral and Written)
